Nginious Gin is remarkably smooth.
Citrus fruits and sweet blackcurrant leaves emerge on the nose. Chamomile and juniper burst when tasted neat and other leafy herbs (verbena in particular) come through when laced with ice and tonic.
The citrus is zesty and adds to the mix while cardamom combines with juniper to underpin the gin.
Small 100 litre batches are distilled under control in the still.
